Important Notes

• Since these items can only be shipped domestically within Japan, we will be using a Japanese shopping service called FROMJAPAN in order to obtain these items! This will be our 3rd buying project using them.
• This shopping service requires a 5% commisson fee, so that amount has been added to the totals of each item. We do not make any profit off of any order.
•  Those of you outside of America who would like to order tour goods, consider looking into this option as well or we recommend Japan Homemaker, which we have  successfully ordered through in the past!
• In the past, UIH staff paid for int’l shipping cost out of pocket, but with so many projects going on, etc. we are no longer able to do so. To fix this, we now require a ¥600 shipping deposit to be made with each item!
• This deposit are a high estimate of how much it would cost to ship per person from Japan to California. Once the package gets here, the actual cost will be calculated and we will deduct the amount you overpaid from your domestic shipping costs! In contrast, if we underestimated and shipping costs ended up higher than expected, we will collect the difference from you then.

Sorry that this is going up a little late, but it was a little more complicated than we thought. Please read the entire ‘Important Notes’ section before placing your order!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• We are ordering from HMV to ensure that each album order counts towards charts! We will be using FROMJAPAN, a Japanese shopping service, to order them.
• Since HMV shipping within Japan is free for orders above 2,000yen, this is the most cost efficient way to order JPN albums ~ especially if anyone is uncomfortable with any other sites or if they have sold out on any of those sites. 
• Since we are using a shopping service, we have added their 5% required commission  fee to each item.
• If the single/album you want is not listed, that means it has sold out on HMV. If you interested in an album not on the list, please send us an email and we will look for it on other reliable sites for you. However, they may be significantly more expensive, but you will be able to save shipping costs by combining it with our shipment!

THE PRICE (IMPORTANT)

Typically, our shipping weight is $1.25 per 100g.  The weight of most Korean fashion magazines can be anywhere between 1.5 – 2 KG, we do not know at this time, so we will be collecting $15 as an initial downpayment, any additional costs will be collected once the magazines arrive and can be weighed or refunded if the weight turns out to be less than what was calculated!! ^^b

For that reason, 1 Vogue Magazine = $23 each

Our 25th buying project is one of the most important to date: 2PM’s 2013 Korean comeback! Let’s make sure American Hottests make our mark this comeback! To date, we have yet to break the 100 mark in ordering Korean CDs – we’ve come very close, but not quite!

Here’s some facts about UIH to ease any of your skepticism!

UIH was founded during the Wonder Girls World Tour in 2010. We did a small food support project in every city that 2PM and 2AM visited on that tour! Since then we’ve done many different projects, including over 25 buying projects since STILL 2:00PM’s release.  Collectively through UIH, American I AM Hottests have ordered nearly 500 CDs in Korea and Japan that counted towards the charts.

UIH Buying Projects are sent to admin Michelle (roMANtaec) in Southern California.  All packages are sent to you from Southern California using USPS.

All costs cover the cost of the items, Paypal fees, shipping supplies including printer ink, tape, labels etc.,

• Choose which CDs you’d like to order
• If you want extra posters from version A or B, you can order them for a $5 per poster!
• Decide if you want to donate to the UIH Rice Wreath for WTII in Seoul
• Decide if you want to order anything from the Stock Sale fundraiser for the UIH Rice Wreath for WTII in Seoul
• Decide if you want to pick-up locally and split costs with other Hottests or have it shipped directly to your home

POSTERS

Version A has 6 different poster types and Version B has 7 different types.  We will be receiving posters at random, but we can certainly give you your preference if possible, based on what we receive.  All preferences will be issued on a first come, first served basis based on the time you submit your order form!

We will also work hard to obtain more posters from the local CD shops in Los Angeles, regular price is $5 per poster and any additional posters can be purchased from Korea for $5.  All posters will be shipped in tubes~~ we have some extra STILL 2:00PM and 23_Male_Single Gold version posters. We cannot obtain any other posters at this time.

LOCAL MEETUPS

Cut down (or eliminate) your domestic shipping costs by doing local meetups in your metropolitan areas!  Check mark the box on the order form to notify us that you’d be interested in receiving a larger package on behalf of your local metropolitan area!  This list will grow as people sign up! ^^b You will split shipping costs with other Hottests in your area which can reduce costs to less than $1 per person!  ALL Southern California (IE, OC, LA) project participants are FREE since UIH staff are in So Cal! ^^b

For the listed cities, there will be a meetup somewhere in your area for you to pickup your merch and possibly meet other Hottest! You can also arrange to pickup at another time, all things will be organized after orders close!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All domestic shipping costs will be collected from you once the items arrive from Korea.  You may have multiple orders whether it be fanmade goods, Tokyo Dome goods or other CDs also, so all of it can be combined to cut down costs.

• Domestic shipping costs will be collected later on, once the items are received from Korea.
• All packages will be shipped from Southern California!
• Prices vary based on your region and your order.
• All USPS Priority Mail packages include tracking.

To give you an idea, poster shipping is $5.50 for 1 poster using USPS 1st class mail or $6 for Priority Mail for up to 3 posters. If you order 1 – 2 albums, we ship in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes for $6.  If you order other items, we always try to use the cheapest methods for you, which tend to be USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes, which can range from $6 to $15 (unless you’re ordering a lot of stuff lol).

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Once you submit your order form, UIH staff will email you with all payment details within 48 hours, the final costs you owe, etc. Please do not send payment until UIH staff contacts you via email.

2PM WTII IN SEOUL RICE WREATH DONATIONS

We would love to have an American Hottest rice wreath at the 2PM WTII in Seoul concerts in June (click for example)!  We need to raise at the very least, $125 in order to get one (because of transfer fees and such).  If we are unable to raise at least $125, we will keep the money for 2PM’s 5th Anniversary or donate it to one of the k-Hottest comeback support projects.  But we have faith that we will raise 2 – 3 times more money so that we can get an even bigger rice wreath!! LET’S DO THIS!!!   You can donate money when you pay for your albums or you can buy a Japanese Mottainai single, meaning it’s opened but unused gifted by J-Hottest. 100% of the proceeds will be put towards the rice wreaths!

You can also order anything from our Stock Sale - 100% of the proceeds will be put towards the rice wreath! ^^ All items are first come, first served! ><
